CLICK + COLLECT IN-STORE - AT THE COSMETOLOGIST (Hull)
Click + Collect In-store is available to any customer wanting to make their purchase online and simply collect the item direct from The Cosmetologist in Hull. Simply select 'Pick Up' on the delivery method page in the checkout. Customers are required to bring a copy of their receipt or bring their order reference with them along with a form of ID such as a bank card, driving licence or passport. All orders for click and collect will be ready and available the same day, ready for you to collect within 2 hours of placing your order.

(2-5 working days, no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays)
Standard UK delivery is available at The Cosmetologist at a cost of £4.99 per order. Orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment the same day.
Any orders received after 3.00pm will be processed for shipment on the next working day.
Orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be processed the following Monday or next working day if a bank holiday.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail signed for or DPD. We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days, but can on occasions take longer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY £6.99
(Monday - Friday only no Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Deliveries)
At Cosmetologist, we offer same-day delivery for our customers located in Hull. Simply choose the 'Standard Shipping' option at the checkout and your order will be delivered to you on the same day (Monday-Friday) if it's placed before 2.30 pm, subject to availability. Please note, bank holidays, Saturdays. Please be sure to provide the correct telephone number at checkout, as the courier may need to contact you if a delivery location is difficult to locate. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel upon initial delivery, it will be returned to the store and redelivered the following business day. If it isn't signed for after this second attempt, your order will be taken back to our Hull store and a customer care team member will contact you with instructions on collection. and Sundays are excluded from this service. This convenient delivery method is available for customers in Hull only and comes with the cost of a standard shipping method.
Delivery by our courier requires signature confirmation. Please be sure to provide the correct telephone number at checkout, as the courier may need to contact you if a delivery location is difficult to locate. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you may return any goods purchased within 14 days from the date on which you received them for a full refund or an exchange subject to the terms set out below & our Terms & Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or knives. If any items have been used, seals broken, if any of the product labels have been removed we cannot accept any returns.
You will not be able to return any goods unless all the following conditions have been met:
- All goods to be returned must be shipped back to The Cosmetologist returns address (or 3rd Party provider if stated on your returns form) within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you.
- The goods must be returned to The Cosmetologist in their original packaging; all product labels, seals & tags must be in tact, unopened and attached as the item was shipped to you; and goods must be returned in their original condition;
- The goods must not have been used, tampered with, modified or damaged in any way;
If the return conditions are met, the customer service team will process your refund or exchange. In cases whereby a refund is required you will be refunded the price you paid for the item/s. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item you purchased is faulty or an incorrect item was sent to you. You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to us and under no circumstances will any of theses costs be refunded by The Cosmetologist.
You are responsible for the goods arriving to our returns address safely. Customers are advised to send returns back to us via recorded delivery or special insured delivery. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by The Cosmetologist for any reason, you will be notified of the reasons for this within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by us you may choose to have the goods re-delivered to you at your own expense. A member of the customer service team will liaise with you if this is the case. If you refuse the return delivery, The Cosmetologist reserves the right to retain the goods returned and all sums paid for your purchase in full.
REFUND TIMESCALES
After The Cosmetologist has received the returned goods and checked that the goods comply with the above requirements, you will receive an email to notify you that the returned goods have been accepted and a refund has been processed.
We aim to process all exchanges or refunds within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of your parcel.
The time taken for a refund to credit your account depends on the credit or debit card company’s policies but this is usually credited back to your account within 3 to 5 working days from the point of refund being issued.
For the avoidance of doubt, refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment for the goods and to that person’s credit/debit card or their online account.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item please do so within 14 days of your order by completing the returns form enclosed with your order and return to us at the returns address below.
You will be responsible for all costs in relation to returning the goods to us. Any costs incurred by The Cosmetologist in shipping a new exchanged item/goods to you is chargeable. These are costs are defined by the Delivery options and terms as set out by The Cosmetologist which can be found on our Delivery page.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
