Click & Collect – Free (Hull Store Only)
Location: 499 Anlaby Road, Hull, HU3 6DT
Place your order online and collect in-store within 2 hours during working hours. Choose ‘Pick Up’ at checkout. Bring your order confirmation and ID (bank card, driving licence or passport).
Standard UK Delivery – £3.95
Free on orders over £25
Delivered within 2–5 working days (excl. Sundays & Bank Holidays) via Royal Mail Signed For or DPD.
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders after 1pm dispatch the next working day.
Express UK Delivery – £5.95
Delivered in 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri only) via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD.
Weekend orders ship on Monday.
Local Same Day Delivery – Hull Only
Orders placed before 2:30pm (Mon–Fri) are delivered the same day (Hull postcodes only). Select ‘Standard Shipping’ at checkout.
- Signature required on delivery
- Please provide a correct phone number
- Missed deliveries will be attempted again next working day
- After two attempts, the parcel returns to store and we’ll contact you
🔁 Returns Policy
14-Day Return Period
You may return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition with all labels/seals intact
- No signs of use, damage or tampering
Items not eligible for return:
- Opened or used items
- Unsealed products (due to hygiene)
- Items damaged after delivery
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Electrical Goods – Important
Change of Mind: Electrical items (e.g. straighteners, dryers) cannot be returned once used or unsealed, unless faulty – in line with UK hygiene regulations.
Faulty Electrical Items:
If an electrical item is faulty within 30 days, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the return.
Funds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
You may exchange items within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping, and outbound shipping for the replacement item will be charged based on your selected method.
