Once approved, your Cosmo Points will normally be added within 5 working days.
Before You Submit
Photo & Video Reward Conditions
To protect genuine customers and prevent reward misuse, every submission is manually checked before Cosmo Points are awarded.
Valid Purchase Required
Your submitted email address and order number must match a completed hair extension order placed with The Cosmetologists.
Original Content Only
Photos and videos must be your own. Stock images, copied social media content, supplier images and AI-generated content are not eligible.
One Reward Per Order
Each qualifying order can receive one reward only. Duplicate or substantially similar submissions will not receive additional points.
Returns Do Not Qualify
Cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed or charged-back orders are not eligible. Points may be removed if an order is later returned.

Important Submission Conditions
- Your fitted hair extensions must be clearly visible and relate to the product purchased in the stated order.
- Your face does not need to be visible, but you must have permission from every identifiable person shown.
- Content that has already received a reward cannot be submitted again under another order, email address or customer account.
- We may request another image, a different angle, confirmation from the order email address or other reasonable proof of ownership.
- Points are awarded only after approval. Submission does not guarantee that points will be issued.
- Fraudulent, misleading, stolen or unauthorised submissions may result in points being withheld or removed and exclusion from future rewards.
- Cosmo Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
