Complimentary gifts can only be claimed after the 14-day return period for your hair extension order has ended. Your order must remain fulfilled, paid and not cancelled, returned, refunded, partially refunded, disputed or charged back.

Qualifying order Your order must be completed and remain eligible after the return period.

Original content Your photos or videos must be original and show your fitted extensions.

Approval required Every submission is reviewed before a complimentary gift is approved.

Promotional permission Approved content may be used across our website and marketing channels.

The email address and order number must match a completed hair extension order placed with The Cosmetologists.
One complimentary gift submission is available for each distinct qualifying hair-extension product or variant. Duplicate quantities of the same size and colour count as one qualifying product.
Photos and videos must be original and must not be copied, AI-generated or taken from another account.
Your face does not need to be visible, but you must have permission from every identifiable person shown.
We may request another image, angle or reasonable evidence confirming that the content belongs to you.
An approved photo qualifies for the photo gift; an approved video qualifies for the video gift; approved photo and video content qualifies for both.
Gifts are subject to availability and may be replaced with a suitable alternative of similar value.
Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, Cosmo Points or another product unless we offer an alternative.
Fraudulent, misleading, stolen or unauthorised submissions may be rejected and may lead to exclusion from future promotions.
