Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. We offer free fast UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders are dispatched promptly from our Hull salon at 499 Anlaby Road, Kingston upon Hull, HU3 6DT. Standard delivery is available on all orders under £50.

What types of hair extensions do you sell?

We sell a full range of 100% human hair extensions from Echo, including Russian Remy weft, Virgin Remy, Pure Brazilian, European weft, nano tip, tape in and clip in hair extensions. What is the difference between nano tip and tape in hair extensions?

Nano tip extensions use tiny keratin bonds attached strand by strand, making them virtually invisible and ideal for fine hair. They typically last 3 to 5 months. Tape in extensions use adhesive wefts that sandwich sections of natural hair for a flatter, faster application and need repositioning every 6 to 8 weeks. Both methods use 100% real human hair and can be curled, straightened and washed like natural hair.

How do I know which Olaplex products I need?

The best starting point for most people is Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector used weekly as a pre-shampoo treatment, with No.4 shampoo and No.5 conditioner for every wash. If your hair is severely bleached or damaged, add No.0 before your No.3 treatment. For styling, No.6 Bond Smoother controls frizz and No.7 Bonding Oil adds shine and heat protection.

Are your ghd products genuine and covered by warranty?

Yes. As official authorised ghd stockists, every ghd tool we sell is 100% genuine and comes with the full UK manufacturer warranty. Buying ghd from unauthorised sellers risks receiving a counterfeit product that will not deliver results and will not be covered by warranty.

Where is The Cosmetologists salon located?

Can I use Olaplex, K18 and Kérastase together?

Yes. Many of our customers combine all three brands as part of their routine. A popular professional combination is using the K18 Molecular Repair Mask for rapid structural repair, maintaining with Olaplex No.4 and No.5 every wash, and using a Kérastase treatment mask weekly for nourishment and shine. There are no ingredient conflicts between the three brands.
