Tape in extensions use adhesive wefts that sandwich sections of natural hair for a flatter, faster application and need repositioning every 6 to 8 weeks. How do I know which Olaplex products I need?

The best starting point for most people is Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector used weekly as a pre-shampoo treatment, with No.4 shampoo and No.5 conditioner for every wash. If your hair is severely bleached or damaged, add No.0 before your No.3 treatment. For styling, No.6 Bond Smoother controls frizz and No.7 Bonding Oil adds shine and heat protection.
